Julian Enz

COO

At Maddox, I’m helping to build AI that works in factory floors across Europe—not just on pretty slides or in concepts. Here, no one spends a lot of time talking about innovation; here, we’re actually developing it for real production lines. It’s exactly my kind of thing.

Shehroz Shafiq Khan

Software Engineer

I enjoy working at Maddox AI because I get to run cutting-edge machine learning directly on hardware at the edge, where it has to perform in real time. Seeing our AI make a real difference on the factory floor — not just in the cloud — is what makes the work exciting for me every day.
